I recommend getting the 7900 as well ... but even if you didn't get a 7900, a 7600 GT would be a major upgrade from a 7600 GS.

It says that I.E. has a minimum requirement of 16mb of RAM ... I'm pretty sure that your computer doesn't even have an ethernet port for high...
