I find version two better, but I only think it's too bright at the right side, and I can't read what the text says.
I think that the render should be blended in a little bit more, and the text doesn't look that good either. Good job anyway. :)
I don't think it's missing anything, just it's a little to dark at the corners.
I like it, only a little bit bright, maybe you could darken it up a little bit and it would look allot better.

I like how you did the lightning, some apparently don't, but I think it fits the style.
Version one is in my opinion better, I find that because of colour use, which of course the black and white one does not have!
I think version one looks way better then version two, that is because, version two has that red line, that in my opinion looks awful. Very nice...
