u need to choose a single focal point, its just messy with all those renders

don't see a flow going with it, it looks like u tried to make it with some winframes but the bg goes against it
don't really like how the effects on his arm stick out and dont really go with the ones on the bottom, feels like its taking the focus away from...
try to blend the plate in more, it sticks out
except for the empty corner the sign looks great

i like the concept,it works with what your going with
i don't think the lighting really works with it, just seems out of palce
dunna if this is what your looking for but maybe try to make it black and white and just keep the red part colored
the tag looks great but maybe try to blur it on the edges a bit so the focal stands out more
the smaller text doesn't work and doesn't match
