All the cards you listed are good, however, don't get the 8800GTS 640mb, it's EOL'd. A lot of people when going from ATI to Nvidia or vice versa...
Lighting still doesn't look great, but it does look a lot better. Maybe try just above is right shoulder? idk Keep workin on it! :)
