While it's a neat concept, the feel of it is pretty old skool grunge, and I'm not sure if I like it too much. :/
While the C4d with the pen effect is cool, I'm not sure about the rest of the background.. I still like it, though. :) :P

Yeah, they're a bit bright. Try adding some darker colors... sharpen the halo one, too.
