It's nice, however some of the birds seem a bit choppy, and I'm not really a big fan of the "dripping" navigation. Otherwise, good work. :)
I like it, however, I think it needs something more in the banner. Colors are nice, and the whole design seems to have good flow. :)

Hmm.. dunno, In the first one, it appears as the light is coming from the bottom center, and not the top. :S
