Soo this is a new i made the beginning was good but it was shid around the focus .. so i tried to make it better but it got worse and worse so...
Tbh .. it is my first sig in wich i didn't use brushes with a render that doesn't move i had problems with the bg i thought washed out it'd look...

there arent a lot of effects on the head of the eagle its just bcuze the white head blends too strong with the bg
