I dont know what effects to add. I ran out of creativity :( Any ideas? As with flow, I cant really add any without defeating the purpose of the sig.

New layer, apply the image and Filter>Distort>Ocean ripple. Lower the opacity and that sig will look awsome. Also, have more lighting on the...
If you made that purple a darker blue than Master's armor, that siggy would be awsome.
I say you should remove the blue spot behind his head. I think the smudged spot actually flows well.
