    Open up your PC and see if your DDR RAM Slots are empty or not.....either that or corrupted.......Maybe the Shop took out your RAM for some...

    It was only 60 Dollars, besides, if your old one was worst, then you didnt. BTW, Next time get an Nvidia, mine was like 180$ But its pretty new......
