My suggestion is to make it so the background with the rainbow is less saturated than bomberman himself. That way, the background isn't taking...
The colors take away from the focal so it is a little chaotic but great composition and effects. Good job! ^_^

There is a difference between not enough "effects" and not adding much. It's true I simply did not add in many effects, but please understand that...
