Ummm wouldnt you copy the file of the skin you downloaded eg.(C:\junk\Nuke\...etc which might have other files in it such as .tpl and some others?...
yeh so you got the skin installed right? and if im right, chek out the user that made the skin and see what other things he made.. most probably...
Umm windows blinds is just changin the theme of windows from its crappy blueness .. if you want them little gadgets, you open the widgets folder.....
