nice, the focal is off, as u can tell, by other comments, ummm also the thing to the right of her seems really weird. Looks feathered.
good job. i like the effects, but the white thing on the right side is kinda weird.
i think this one isnt ur best. The best one is V1. I like the render, but the smudging just comes out of nowhere and just feels like it was just...

nice depth, but maybe set the brown soft brush at the top to linear dodge, to see if it looks better like that. But good job on it dude.
