    One of my laptops says there is 248mb of ram. Even though theres 2 sticks that equal 512. Is it a slot problem? I ran dxdiag and checked online

    right now i have a 40 gig WD. Maxtor i have a 30 gig, from like 3 years ago, dont like it way too hot and noisy. Ill probibly end up buying a WD...
