Yeah oversharpened a little and maybe remove that star on his face. Other than that i think it looks really awesome.

First two look cool if you could mix both of them together it would look awesome. The third one looks ok but the C4D looks the coolest.

I think you should remove the stuff to the left of the refinery. It doesn't seem to blend in to me and the oil barrel doesn't seem like it belongs...
