Marksmage: You can have CCleaner so you can run it by right-clicking on the Recycle Bin. That way you can take away the icon for it. :)

Try using the blur tool to blur a little on the left of his head. It could bring out the focal more. :)

I don't think it's that big of a deal. I'd rather have a clean-looking tag than one loaded with unnecessary effects. :)
