Let ssee... Well what shall I say, there is no real flow, the color of the render does not really fit with the background. Try to add gradient...
The colors does not match, and the lighting looks a bit weird. Add a bw version, it may looks better.
I do not really like the text. The background is a bit too sharp, work on the focal point.

Dante oh yeah, I lov devil may cry, lets see. There are two focal points, the gun and his head. The font is bad / draws away the attention....
It looks good but there is no real depth. v2 is way better because there is only one focal point, the sprayer. blur the bg a bit...
Depth is there. I do not really like the font, the tag at all seems a bit sharp. You shouldve added some more effects. :D
