That one looks a bit strange. The colors do not really fit with the stock/render you used. The text is distracting. The lighting is a bit better...
Yea, remove the reds on his face. Apart from that the flow is really good, burn the outsides a bit more.
You work with lighting and flow. The arrows are irritating / not fitting. Nice work!

The effects are pretty good. At some parts it just looks overcontrasted / -sharpened. Darken it a bit as well.
