That means you have a other gfx card. As simple as that ;)
Also note that you must change CPU most likely.
Dell sucks overall. The specs are 'looking' good. But it sucks.

AMD 3200+ can get 2,8 (with good cooling) I clocked mine to 2,4 :)
The computer is very good, of course you can upgrade untill you pay $10000 for it. The specs you have are good, I only would consider upgrading...

XP runs fine with 256 MB RAM.
