Colours need work, 2 is better but i don't like the effects over the people.

Can't see what the render is, the speech bubbles have a white outline and they look out of place and its a tad bright.

I can see what you were trying to do with the text - lower the opactity on the rotated one andmaybe add a light ripple. Bit bright, but overall GJ
In all your tags, all the effects are over one side with a empty patch. Add more effects all over

There good, but one and two are a bit over contrasted and i don't like 3 much. But V4 is great
Can't see what the render is and its a bit too bright. But other than that its good.
