I think the composition on the left side is great, as well as the colors. The right side seems a bit messy and not as well done.

It does seem a bit empty. I like the grainy effect, but you might have over-done it a bit. I love the flow of the background, and I like the text.
Text is ok, I think the placement could be better. It's a bit monotone, and I think you need to work on the composition.
I like the colors and the feel. Needs some better lighting and depth.
Smudging is ok, lighting seems odd. That random spiral under his hand looks a bit out of place. It's decent, but there's nothing that jumps out...

The lighting is decent, but it looks like you blurred two pixel lines. Doesn't really look real. Text needs some work. Good depth and a great feel.
