I think the depth and lighting could be better. Other than that I like the effects and colors.

They're not bad. I would work on lighting. That seems to be a weak point in each of the sigs.

It looks very flat. There's a lot going on and I'm not sure what the focal point is supposed to be.

So the effects are sick. I would just blur it and erase around the focal, and darken the edges. I think it would look sick. I also agree that...
It lacks depth, and it looks more like an unfinished tag.
Too blurry, and the green doesn't match. Doesn't really look like there's a focal point at all.
I like version 2 the best. The colors are a little off but it's not bad. I really like the effects you made to it, but it's a little dark.

Too many colors, oversaturated. If you don't like something then change it. That's the whole point of photoshop :)
It's almost like you erased too much of the render. And it's definitely oversharpened.
The smudging is really good, but it seems like more of a base instead of a finished product.
The text needs some work. I think the 2-3px border doesn't really look very good on it. Other wise it's not bad.
The avatars are pretty cool, the sigs are ok.
The text is amazing, and it's got good flow. But the background is kind of meh. It seems like you could have done more with it.
The lighting is pretty off, might look a little better if the lighting was just on the focal point, and just darken the edges.
