Yeah, the render doesn't fit because the background is too blurred. And it lacks foreground effects.
Yeah, not your best. But still I can't help but like the lighting on the render.

Now that I look at the V2 a second time, I agree. Or maybe even do a displace filter instead of the effect that's there, that might look cool too. :)

You should try to add a spotlight to it. That way, it would add more of a focal point to it, and make it much nicer. :)
It could use some blurring, and something to make it more exciting... But I actually like this one, everything looks nice. Good job. :)
I think Spiderman could be brighter, as well as the c4d effect around him. Some lighting couldn't hurt either. But nice job for what's there. :)
