Just needs to be brighter, and some blurring to add depth. Maybe raise the contrast a little might help. Not bad though. :)
I'm kinda feelin' this one. I think some blurring in spots could make it pretty nice, but either way I'm always a fan of those funky colored tags....

Yeah, I agree about the render. Plus it's too simple, but somehow looks solid for a simple tag. You don't see that often.
