Looks hawt however i reckon v1 is the better just lighten up the face a touch more. V2 is just too dark imo
Version 2 defiantly much better, think the text needs to come closer to spidy though and maby a tad smaller

Im not really a fan of effects much, I've tried a few but wasn't fussed on the final results, i like more grunge splatter looks
