defrag will eliminate the spaces betweenfiles that he deleted, and make more room.

you cannot turn off svchost in msconfig, mate.. you can disable everything in msconfig, and your computer will still run... give us a screenshot...
go to start -> run -> type in msconfig go to the startup tab. uncheck everything you dont want to startup on setup. also, try adaware... if...
