Text needs some serious work. Arial Black (?) doesn't really cut it.
I actually like it quite a bit. Other people who don't like it probably just aren't used to something new. We're all a bit used to standard sigs...
I would say the red on the left wing is the part that's clashing. The orange up in the sky on the right is fine.
As everybody else has said, the fact that it's monotone makes it rather boring.
Overall a well rounded sig, I like the colors the most.
I actually kind of like it, although it may have been able to do without the distortion in the bottom right corner.
Maybe finding a good render is part of the challenge? Heaven forbid ^^
