    HSF is PROBABLY fine, but I'm not sure. Memory doesn't matter much anymore since the CPUs have huge L3 caches GPU will mostly be fine CPU is fine...

    go DDR3 over DDR2, it's cheaper and better now... go for an AthlonII over a Phenom I also unless you've spent $$$$ on your headphones/stereo...
