Text and light source could be improved quite a bit IMO. Also, the render looks kinda squished, did you hold down shift when you were re-sizing?
Other than the Lost text and the oval next to it, the Roy tag looks pretty nice. Probably best from you IMO. Text could be better in 2nd one as well.

There are lots of ways to blend renders in. Tutorials that are a bit more in-depth should/most likely tell you how to blend your render in.

You should have made the halo more realistic IMO. Other than text, it looks quite 'fresh'.
