not keen on the border but it feels you got the depth part wrong. the bg looks over sharpened and the focal looks blurrd to me, try swapping them...
Not my preferred tyle but great depth and nice colours, dont know what im actually looking at though what is the character?

Youve already done my 3 fav colours unfortunatly.. and that wallpaper is awesome as ive already stated try a yellow or a deep red
