I prefer your recent to your current as it has better flow imo. The right side is great, just is not as good on the left side.

Number 1 is great, number 2 I dont really like but I cant put my finger on exactly why, I think maybe it just does not flow aswell as number 1.
I really like the coloured one, apart from the yellow line down side of her, but then it may look weird without it I guess.

Aside from advice already given, I'd say to avoid using things like bevels on text to make them kinda 3d, it rarely works on sigs, take a look at...
