Looks sick. Only thing is I would have flipped the render so he was kind of leaning with the flow. That's all I can see.

The curves draw my eye to his shoulder. Try to use the curves to flow with and help create the focal point, which is his face, I'm guessing....

That's tight. I'm a sucker for vector sigs. Only thing off is the text. Just keep it simple.
The focal is way to sharp and choppy, and I don't like the text or it's placement. The effects are good but just not my taste. 51 layers sounds...
First blend the render into the bg a little more... A very simple method for adding depth is just giving the illusion that the focal point is in...
