Crop a little off the bottom, I think a nice, simple cursive font near the bottom would look nice with the sig.
I like the look of the smudging but I don't think the smudged color goes well with the rest of the tag. Looks nice besides that I think.

I think the border goes well with it. The light source could be more obvious by darking some of the sig and there isn't any depth to the sig....
