it just appears bright cuz of the bg of the forum. on like a white bg its hawt.
umm better colors bro. your colors aren't even close to the ones on your render. but i like the effects but lose the duble thing on the right.
added a v2.
you know i would add even more contrast to the bg. Take it almost to an extreme, might turn out hott, and if not then leave it as is.
umm i thin you could'ce blended pikachu in more, and maybe some overlaying effects but that's just me.

Left side looks alittle to plain, try to spice that up some. Also try some overlaying effects on the sprite.
8/10 good flow and bg effects. could use a little more in the front though. 6/10 kinda dark and there's not alot going on, very, bland. good bg...

6/10 never liked vector sigs they just dont appeal to me 9/10 nice it's simple but it looks good everything works in this one.
