I don't think you cna have a banner in the portal. With 1.3 you just edit the IP Dynamic Lite, and code something to your liking and your done....
All you have to do, is wehn it is finished converting (don't connect PSP), go to the folder it is saved in, in your program directory/pspvideo 9...

Gimp isn't that bad, its free. And theres a conversion shop :) I use CS and I use many Ulead Programs.

lol, I have like 5000 installed from various packs and nothing never lags. Photoshop opens like 5 second slower though, not much of a problem.
