ditto the background is very repetetive if the flowe thing is what you where trtying to do, then you have accomplished it.
everything is nice except the text, it needs some work
lower the opacity a bit more. just a tiny bit and in future, dont have different colurs on either side of the render it doesnt look to good but...

try and equal out the contrast and colours the c4d is different to the colour and contrast of the rest of the sig overall, i like the sig alot

firstt of all, exellent first sig. read tuts tuts, and more tuts, you will get better and better good outcome for a first sig, well done
download some fonts, an evil grunge font woul go good here, the font you used it pretty lame. colour, and style is good :) work on flow a bit.
