ok, well what happens, is when i open certian programs...they open WAY too big for my monitor, like my monitor is like 1024 by 768, the progs open...
some stuff such as live chat for website support systems, limewire, and things even like cnn articles open to the size as if i had like 8...
yeah its probably opacity or just the types of brushes you are using
