I like the text. It could use a bit more interest with the effects. Work on depth as well.
It would look killer without a background imo. Take it out and having it free in your siggy space. That'd own :P

I'm pretty sure Windows Movie Maker allows you to clip them. In the timeline, I think you can click and drag the clip to shorten it.

Agreed with the rest pretty much. I'd remove the clipping mask. Depth could help you out a ton here.

Depth definately needs work. Try using bw gradients on luminosity, and the burn tool.
