not really liking the coloring here, it changes from red to purple and the bg and effects arent all appealing.
monotone, try some more tutorials they should help you out a lot.
vary your style a bit, the red and blood smudge and clipping masks limit what you can do with your sigs.

dislike the coloring most of all, maybe add a little more contrast too.
needs more solid effects, the bg is over blurred and theres really nothing in the foreground. the 2 random color brushing needs to go.
effects and composition need a little work, its kinda plain.
