Its alright.. needs a bit more depth and maybe a lightsource. This kinda tag would look need with some well paced text.. you not gonna use any?

I agree with h3ll it needs a light source. Also the blending on the right side of the leg and arm is a bit off
In my opinion the second version is better. I think the thing thats making the lightsource look wrong is the reflection on the hair of the pic,...
I like the first version.. dont like the font though.. also you could have worked a bit more on the depth.. it has some but it could be worked better
I like em both! maybe the text in the second one could do with some work.. i've never been keen of stroke on text
Second one is better.. the first one the lighting is terrible. Also backgrounds are 90% of the sig.. pic 5% and text 5% so you should work harder...

Use GIMP its a much better (free) program.
I dont know, if i were you I'd have chosen a more common size to work with.. like 350x140. The figures are difficult to make out, stick with one...
Not enough happening in the BG for me; if the pic isnt there then its just a load of fuzz. The pic should be complimentary to the background....
I think it would look much nicer if it was smaller.. like half the size. Not sure about the guy at the bottem too, kinda takes away from the depth
