I think the one with the text is better, simply because i think the shoulder could be blended better.. and the text covers it.

Yeah the subtext is a bit too much.. and it looks like you've stuck a blue photofilter over the top of it, makes it lose some depth
English, but the team is most likely to go out in the R16, so the Dutch or Brazil is what my head is saying.
I like but it gets really busy just after the character and it doesnt really match whats happening in other areas.
Both are awesome, cant pick between the two myself, the black and white matches it well too.
