It's not really a floating head since the neck is showing, but the effects around the focal point(which I'm assuming is the lady) is a bit too much.

Don't leave gradient maps on "Normal" unless you're using black and white. Because that results in a dull looking tag

It's cool, but whats with the green? Takes away from the focal point, unless you wanted that to be it,lol.
Needs depth, and more darkness(As in, darken the tag some).
The second is boring imo, the render doesn't really go with the background and blending could be better. The first is alright, I like the effects.
