u can skin fire fox. but changing icons manually will take more kkownledge then u probly posses . buyt 2 change a desktop icon they can be jpeg...
its all about group permissions. u make an admin group and have there permissions do all but change ranks.
have u tried redownloading it...the download may stop early due 2 a connection problem
