Yeah, there was a rumor going around that they would be region locked, but I'm pretty sure they arn't.
It WAS really short and didnt show much, but it still looks really nice, the graphics are good and I can't wait to see some gameplay.
Ipersonally hated San Andreas, it was too weird to me. The best ones would have to be 3, and Vice City.
I just hope it's better then some of the other GTA games.
