Dunno, the smudging is nice, but the tag looks unfinished, and it's lacking lots of efx. smudging only is not really the best for a sprite
I uploaded a new version (i think the low quality you were talking about were my mistakes, the star stock was ok), i think i fixed the lq stuff...
I like it, even tho it looks really oversharpened. you could try blurring some areas, and maybe darkening the edges, but that's up to you. nice...
