Lately, everytime i start photoshop up it loads through its things. Scanning fonts brushes initializing ect.. Then when its done it just closes. any ideas? some one said maybe i dont have enough ram but if some one could help a bit more would be great

Just reinstalled again to try your advice, didnt get a screen shot of it but i got some error saying tht the windows scratch and _________ was on the same volume as the photoshop paging file which could cause a error in their performance and its reccommended to move it to a different volume? idk what that means ill try to ss it tommorow

Do a virus/adware scan.... something may be in conflict with some of the processes photoshop normal requires to run.
im pretty sure i dont have any virus' or adware. i can scan and see but im pretty sure i dont just cuz i have nothing else running in my processes... but ill see
Yeah, there are alot that wont show up... that happened to me before, thats all...! Maybe shud use system restore and go back a bit.
ive posted this on 3 sites total.. only this being a true graphical site... some of the ideas ive heard are good ideas but none are working yet (free up space, defrag, disk clean up, ram problems, adware, virus, ect) .... i just noticed though when i start it up it loads and hits color balencing then closes... is that the last thing it loads? if not then maybe somethings wrong with my color ----?
give this a try: Just go to C:\Documents and Settings\*user*\Application Data The folder is hidden so you have to type Application Data out then go to adobe\photoshop and DELETE the prefs file. Pretty simple. It should work. If not reply back and I'll see what I can do. Or you can always go to adobe.com and look it up. It's tedious to go through the posts but that's what I did and it helped *i found it on a different forum that i visit*
