I would rather but my CC in there. It only needs it for verification, It will not billyou anything unless you try to withdraw money, then a small fee is needed.

Also sometimes when adding a credit card or a bank account. It makes it so it charges your card or account $1 to make sure it's a real account or card. Then it gives the $1 back in a day or two.

You can do alot with paypal. It doesn't cost, but when receiving payments with premium or business accounts they take out fee's for receiving money from others.

Like right now i get charged. 5% and $0.20 cents for money that i receive. But this is because i have a business account.

If you have a premium or regular account, it costs less. But you can only send and receive small amounts of money with those accounts. Somewhere under $500-$700 a month.

Sorry to say this, but if you can't trust paypal. Don't trust buying anything or putting your credit card on anything at all on the net.

you can set up a Paypal account without a CC or anything, and you'll get money in your account, only thing is you can't use it to buy stuff until you get a CC in there.

Dutch bank accounts do not work. You can just sign up for free for paypal and recieve money into it. To spend the money (sending money instantly through the internet), you need to add a major credit card or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) or a USA bank account. If you are not a premium or business member, you can only receive 500 dollars a month. I'm not sure how much you can send. By the way, I have an eBook that explains a lot of stuff about Paypal. I can send it to you if you PM me, but take in notice that it is probably a couple months or a couple years old, so some things probably have changed.
