Ok, I got a render that i want to use, but it has got a white background. If I select the white background with the Magic Wand Tool, it will also select some parts of my render. My question is:

How can I use the render without that background?

Use the polygonal lasso tool to trace around the render, then copy and paste it onto a transparent background. Or post your render in render requests and someone may already have it on a transparent background.
