Any 1 Read The Book :the Giver:

Its a retarted book with about no ending so my teacher ses make up and ending so i did and now i gotta make a picture from the mood i made the ending i made it SAD!! the main character dies sledding down hill im looking for ideas for the word SORROW

 

i've read the book, done essays on it, made presentations, etc.. and i'd help you.... but you're jewish

in that book some say he does die in the end, so if your making a ending, dont make it that he dies... make it that he finds a city and he saw christmas lights then go from there.. I dont know. Im glad I finished that book it really confused me for a while.

I'm still surprised teachers have never read Ender's Game to us. By far the best book I have read, the whole series is way better than most of the books out now. People like Harry Potter for god's sake.

hell yeah. I agree, Along with Enders Shadow, Xenocide, and another.


But, the Giver is about a dude who see's colors and in his community colors are not seen, only black and white. and his community is unknown, but, he turns thirteen and he is given some job(at thirteen you are an adult) and he is given some memories of the times when there were colors and cold and war and everything. and he gets to hold the memories so the community would not feel jealousy and fear etc... But the kid runs away and dies and the memories find their way back to the community.
