    No.

Check this post out from a website.

Also, we don't want an "upgrade" of a system. WE want to see the system different. Some say keeping things the same thing (with different story lines and all) would be a road to success. Nintendo is doing that the different way.

Personally, I think that this controller is going to be a HUGE mistake. I dont know how its going to work though. I hope they'll include a port for a normal controller.

I can tell that you havent been paying that much attention. The Rev will have 4 controller ports for the GameCube controllers.

i think they look like numchucks...

but i think it would be helpful for the gamers who always move around in their seats like when they are playing racing games (I hate it when my sister does that).

And what happened to the revolution controller having a touchpad?

Iwata said that they have no interest in making a DS like controller.

I can say that i like sitting down while playing games, but i dont mind standing up. Call it the new kind of fit biz. :D

lmao, everything is different about the systems, the controlers look the same kinda but theyre different too, instead of black and white buton there is weird little bumper things above the triggers, and what matters about the controlers?

I can't believe the number of people that don't like it. I actually think it's a great idea. I thought it was stupud at first, but I looked into it and it now seems cool to me.

Actually I read an article how Nintendo make almost as much money as the PS2 because of the way they marketed it and the lack of reasearch the needed to put out the thing. Im sure the Dual Shock lawsuit also helped Nintendo... Nintendo better not go down because that was my childhood console. So many good memories.

i think its a cool and unqiue idea, but i dont think its going to be successful. i was going to buy the revolution for zelda twighlight prinecsses, but i guess ill just buy a used gamecube instead, even if you can use the old controller on the revolution

Well, would Nintendo go through all the trouble of designing this controller if it was gonna suck? I mean the people who brought us Zelda and Mario cannot make such a huge mistake. Their not gonna give us something that we wont like. It'd be disasterous for them.

Nintendo clearly stated this was not for any enhancments. They said they wanted to stand out. Do something different for a change.
Also, they have that controller add on so it plays and looks like a regular GC controller. Still not satisfied?
Well, they have 4 Gamecube controller ports stashed away on the top of the console :)
If if its the controller you hate, dont worry. You now have 3 options :P
