I'm 19 and sadly enough my mom died recently (3 months back now). It was a good thing bc she had endured enough misery as she fought leukemia for 10 years off and on.
Now that everything has been taken care of and sorted out, and my father already being deceased and me being the only child, i just came into a largue sum of money.

Now, I have a fairly high paying job and a nice apartment to myself so i'd say im doing pretty good for a guy my age, thta hasnt gone to college.

But what i'm looking for is unique places to share my money... I'm really into graphics and gaming and would like to help out both communities. I have already donated a fairly large sum of money to one gaming site that i found to be among the best and have also become very active in that community, now im looking for a graphics site to help out with some of my money.

I've been posting around here and on other sites to see how needy the sites are, what they would do with the money, and what they could do for me... so i will leave you, Gamerenders, with this.... i am fairly interested in this site and anotehr and I want to soon make a decision on where my money should go.... we can talk numbers and other things if an Admin or the owner here contacts me... my AIM is Sk8boardLlama and my xfire is kwowner

thanks a lot GR for being a great site

Me, personally would first invest, make my money work for me. After I had my money working for me I would donate it. Because if you donate it first, then its gone. However, if you invest it and get a return then you can keep on giving.

all im asking is for a GR admin/owner w/e to contact me, if the money is wanted or needed but first i would need to know what they would plan to do with it... bc GR is not the only graphis community im looking at

I am saying invest it while you have it, get it working for you, it sounds like you have a lot, because of life insurance etc. Once you have enough working for you and are where you want to be finacially, which it sounds like you are. I would probobly donate the money within your community. I would avoid donating to "cancer organizations" the money you donate to them will go to paying the CEO of the oranization who makes 250,000+ per year and they are no investing on finding a cure. Do you think they would still be in business if they found the cure? Donate/renovate your community.

I didn't mean buy yourself an apartment.. i meant, buy an apartment, renovate it, get some tenants, $1,000 amonth from each tenant, and that money will be working for you ... ^_^

you def should invest and get it...

nah jk  it's nice to know that you're donating to various things unlike how some people would blow it all on themselves. If i had that much money i don't know what i'd do

If you read past the first sentence in my 2nd post I said what you should do with it. You probobly read the first sentence and moved on thinking, "Wow this guy is not getting it." Like I said, donate money to programs within your community.

Tbh, I doubt GR needs donations, Those new ads must be paying well, but its up to you mate.

I know this sounds selfish , but i think you should keep investing so your set for life, or possibly donate to a better cause where its needed alot more.
